We call this program as a “MM Business”. MM Business Management for Young Professionals is a master program which aims to serve the career preparation needs of qualified and motivated fresh-graduated and new-entry in the first level of managerial position, ranging in age from beginning twenties to 25-years old at the highest.

Candidates may be fresh-graduated or new-entry staff in operational areas such as manufacturing, sales & marketing, distribution, planning, finance, HRD, engineering and other technical departments. For the preparation and upgrading of such personnel, this program offers a broad and penetrating curriculum, covering all major business and management disciplines in a comprehensive way. This program’s pathway aims to stimulate and develop competencies in all major areas of management activity that integrated with the role of information technology.

Graduates of this program will have their competencies fortified, so they will be ready to enter stronger bargaining position in domestic or multinational business or industry.
Each subject taught in this program will contribute to a totality of understanding of management theory, and how that theory is specifically applied to everyday practice, in the rough-and-tumble world of real business.

Upgrading your “soft skills” will add value to your resume and how a potential employer appraises you. Introducing e-business, entrepreneurship and start up business will enrich students to enter the era of the digital economy.

This program focuses on the variety of situations and challenges encountered in everyday manager-level business practice, and upon those strategies, processes, and practical applications involved in meeting stakeholder needs. Students will learn and explore skills in various businesses and different industries, seeing situations from both domestic and multinational perspectives.
The BINUS BUSINESS SCHOOL - MM Business Management for Young Professionals Program is designed to equip students with the following skills:

  • To enhance the understanding of first level of managerial-level business practice, as applied to enterprises in consumer, industrial, technology, and service fields, both national and global.
  • To understand the most current conceptual and analytical developments in management practice essential to the contemporary manager.
  • To gain insights into developing and implementing sustainable customer value, from the point of view of manager and top management.

To align and balance the various (and often conflicting) needs and demands of the many groups of stakeholders in play: shareholders, workers, the community, the media, governmental authorities and the public.
